International Recruiter (m/f) ENG

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an International Recruiter.

Job description

  • Cooperate with our HR-team to fill in vacancies for 10 countries;
  • Follow up on the recruitment process from A-Z;
  • Build up and maintain an effective network of agencies and contacts;
  • Build up and maintain a database of potential candidates; 
  • Review resumes for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements; 
  • Conduct telephone interviews and perform behavioral and competency-based interviews as well as assessment evaluations;
  • Recruitment metrics’ analysis as well as strategy design; 
  • Participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events across Europe; 
  • Management of projects in accordance to your interests (i.e. Branding, Training, etc.)

Your profile

  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience, including behavioral based interviews; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • You are result driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; 
  • You are a team player and can work independently;
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities and are open to constructive feedback.
