Your main responsibility is using various channels to search for candidates.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Send recruiting emails;
- You will upload the document files of each applicant in our recruitment software;
- Interact with potential candidates on social media & professional networks;
- Administrative HR support if needed.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; Slovak and Czech is a very big plus;
- You possess good organising skills and you are able to work basics in Excel;
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies is an advantage;
